What is a PDO Threading Lift?
A PDO Thread Lift is a non-surgical facelift with Polydioxanone (PDO) threads, suitable if you have loose skin around your mid to lower face and are looking for a tighter and fresher appearance.
PDO treatment is otherwise known as “the lunch time facelift.” It is a safe and effective alternative to surgical procedures. Results can be seen immediately and last an average of 18 months.
Dissolvable threads made of Polydioxanone (PDO) are inserted into the face using a cannula, lifting loose skin and improving it’s texture. Unlike a surgical face lift there are no cuts or incisions, just small injections.
PDO threads can be used to contour the face, treat wrinkles, improve skin quality, reduce pore size and tighten the loose skin promoting a youthful appearance.
Common areas to be treated with PDO threads are the mid and lower facelift, forehead and brow.
